These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our event planning and decor services, specializing in stage and venue decoration for weddings, birthdays, and parties. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
1.1 FAROOQIS Events offers event planning and decoration services, including but not limited to stage design, floral arrangements, lighting, catering services and venue setup for weddings, birthdays, and parties.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 To confirm your booking, a non‑refundable deposit of 30%–50% of the total event cost is required, with the exact amount determined by the event size. This deposit secures the event date, resources, and planning time.
2.2 The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date.
2.3 Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, cash.
3. Change of Event Date, Venue, or Key Details
3.1 Any request to change the event date, venue, or other significant event details will be considered solely at the discretion of FAROOQIS Events and is subject to our availability. FAROOQIS Events is under no obligation to accommodate such changes.
If a new date can be accommodated, additional charges may apply to cover rescheduling, administrative work, supplier adjustments, and any costs already incurred for the original date.
If the requested change cannot be accommodated, the booking will be treated as a cancellation by the customer, and all payments made will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and received by FAROOQIS Events at least 30 days before the event date. Please send your cancellation request on info@farooqis-events.com
4.2 The deposit is refundable only in the event that FAROOQIS Events cancels the ordered services. If the cancellation is made by the customer, the deposit will remain strictly non‑refundable. For any queries related to refunds, please send enquiries on info@farooqis-events.com
5. Venue Access & Availability
5.1 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is fully available, accessible, and prepared for FAROOQIS Events at the agreed setup and service times. FAROOQIS Events shall not be held liable for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations arising from the venue being unavailable, inaccessible, or failing to provide timely access.
If the event is delayed or cancelled due to venue‑related issues, no payments will be refunded, and all fees paid to FAROOQIS Events will remain non‑refundable in accordance with our booking and cancellation policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 The client must provide accurate event details, including date, time, and venue location.
6.2 The client must ensure the venue is accessible and ready for decoration services at the agreed-upon time.
6.3 Any changes to the event details must be communicated to FAROOQIS Events in a timely manner.
6.4 FAROOQIS Events shall not be held liable for any delays, inaccuracies, or mismatched color schemes and themes in our decoration services if incorrect information is provided by the client.
7. Liability
7.1 FAROOQIS Events will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury—including but not limited to death, physical injury, financial or property loss, or disruption of electricity and other facilities—arising from the use of our services.
7.2 We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
8. Decorations and Property
8.1 All decorations and equipment provided by FAROOQIS Events remain our property.
8.2 The client is responsible for any damage or loss of our property while at the event venue.
8.3 Any damage to the venue caused by our decorations will be the client’s responsibility. Additionally, the client will be responsible for covering the cost of any damaged goods.
9. Changes and Amendments
9.1 FAROOQIS Events reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in writing.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
