These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our event planning and decor services, specializing in stage and venue decoration for weddings, birthdays, and parties. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
1.1 FAROOQIS Events offers event planning and decoration services, including but not limited to stage design, floral arrangements, lighting, and venue setup for weddings, birthdays, and parties.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
2.2 The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date.
2.3 Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, cash.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and received by FAROOQIS Events at least 14 days before the event date. Please send your cancellation request on info@farooqis-events.com
3.2 The deposit are refundable only if FAROOQIS Events cancel the event decoration service. However, if the cancellation is initiated by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable. For any queries related to refunds, please send enquiries on info@farooqis-events.com
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The client must provide accurate event details, including date, time, and venue location.
4.2 The client must ensure the venue is accessible and ready for decoration services at the agreed-upon time.
4.3 Any changes to the event details must be communicated to FAROOQIS Events in a timely manner.
4.4 FAROOQIS Events shall not be held liable for any delays, inaccuracies, or mismatched colour schemes and themes in our decoration services if incorrect information is provided by the client.
5. Liability
5.1 FAROOQIS Events will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury—including but not limited to death, physical injury, financial or property loss, or disruption of electricity and other facilities—arising from the use of our services.
5.2 We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
6. Decorations and Property
6.1 All decorations and equipment provided by FAROOQIS Events remain our property.
6.2 The client is responsible for any damage or loss of our property while at the event venue.
6.3 Any damage to the venue caused by our decorations will be the client’s responsibility. Additionally, the client will be responsible for covering the cost of any damaged goods.
7. Changes and Amendments
7.1 FAROOQIS Events reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in writing.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
